🔁 Exchange Policy

Fusonic allows its customers to open their parcel before payment and request an exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• The customer submits a request for exchange via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp within 7 working days of receiving the item.

• The reason for exchange is clearly mentioned in the request.

• The item must be in its original packaging with the price tag intact.

• The original invoice must be included with the returned item.

• The item must not have any odours, perfume scents, stains, or signs of being worn or washed.

🛍️ Note:

• Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.

• If a regular-priced item goes on sale later, it will be exchanged at the sale price.

• Fusonic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny exchange requests.
